Bright Inclusive was created by disabled and neurodivergent people who understand first-hand the barriers that can make working in the creative industries more difficult than it needs to be.
We know that talented creatives are often expected to manage overwhelming admin, inaccessible systems and unequal opportunities alongside their creative work. We wanted to use our experience, knowledge and skills to change that.
Our team combines lived experience with practical expertise in talent management, administration, partnerships and business development. We provide thoughtful, flexible support that recognises each person’s ambitions, working style and access needs.
Our goal is simple: to help disabled and neurodivergent creatives feel supported, valued and able to build sustainable careers on their own terms.
